  Like most first time home buyers my husband and I had big expectations and a limited budget. She was not just our agent, but our counselor and advisor. She didn’t let us get in over our heads, but she did suggest mortgage alternatives when we couldn’t get what we needed from our broker. Her experience and knowledge of the industry eventually allowed us to buy our first home in beautiful Pleasant Valley, Novato. Our home has gone up in value about 25% in 2 years. We love our home, we love that we made a great investment and we love Kim!
